Sinopse
Episódio de uma série de curtas-metragens sobre compositores encomendada pelo canal de televisão da República Federal Alemã, Süd-West-Funk. Através da narração de trechos de cartas escritas por Schoenberg a Kandinsky e do discurso de Brecht, feito em 1935 durante o Congresso Internacional de Escritores em Defesa da Cultura, Straub denuncia o anti-semitismo, a guerra, e a ligação entre a economia e o fascismo.
