Sinopse
A commemorative film of French cinema’s 100th anniversary (counting from the first paid session and not the invention of the cinematograph, says Godard). “The first moving picture shows a female character, possibly ill, having a seizure and passing out in front of a white projection screen. In the last image, which immediately follows “The End”, we see a close-up of the face of Henri Langlois, the co-founder of the French Cinémathèque and an emblematic figure that sums up the concept and the praxis of remembering cinema.
